Applicaiton and Registration Steps

1- Send your abstract to contact@blackseacountries.org  until December 10, 2021 (in word or doc format)

2- After your submission, we inform you about the referee decision (accepr or refuse). The Committee will review all submitted abstracts. Notifications regarding the abstract acceptance and scheduling will be sent to the correspondence author.

3- After your abstract accepted please make your payment via credit card (payment link......)

4- After your payment please send your receipt to contact@blackseacountries.org 

5- Conference programme will be announced in December 15, 2021. Please check your name and paper in program

6- For virtual participation you can check the zoom id and password on program

7- Submitting full texts is not mandatory  (we can publish your abstract in proceedings book). If you want to publish full text in proceedings book please send your full text to contact@blackseacountries.org  between

November 15-30, 2021)

 

Abstract Guidelines

All submitted articles/posters should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

  1. Abstract /Poster Topic – abstracts must be allocated to a specific Theme, Topic and Sub-Topic. For a complete listing of abstract Themes, Topics and Sub-Topics.

  2. Presenting author's contact details (should be the same details as the submitting author so that the presenting author receives the correspondence about the abstract)

    3. Daytime and evening phone number

  3. Author and co-authors' details

    1. Full first and family name(s)

    2. Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country

  4. Abstract title - limited to 20 words in UPPER CASE

  5. Abstract text – limited to 250 words 
    (Please Note: Word count is affected when graphs/tables/images are added) 
    Abstract layout - Abstracts must be submitted with the following sections:

GUIDELINES FOR FULL PAPER

Since the symposium has an INTERNATIONAL nature, it is mandatory to send an abstract in English.
Full Text Writing Rules
- Times New Roman, 12 pt. (Manuscript title, author names, institutions, e-mail addresses, abstract and keywords should all be in 12 pt.

For parts such as graphics, tables
the font size of the author can be determined by the author in the most appropriate way)
- Give the line spacing 1.25
- Do not indent at the beginning of the paragraph from the left.
- MAIN titles should be written in CAPITAL letters and bold
- Citation and Bibliography should be arranged in APA style.
- Your full texts must be at least 5 pages.
- ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION, RESEARCH AND FINDINGS, CONCLUSION AND REFERENCES in your full texts parts of it should be shown under separate headings.

Symposium Poster Print Guidelines

  • Important information should be readable from about 10 feet away

  • Title is short and draws interest

  • Word count of about 300 to 800 words

  • Text is clear and to the point

  • Use of bullets, numbering, and headlines make it easy to read

  • Effective use of graphics, color and fonts

  • Consistent and clean layout

  • Includes acknowledgments, your name and institutional affiliation
