On-site and virtual participation and presentation are possible.
To be specified type of possible presentations and length e.g.
On site presentations (oral presentations 10+5 min; flash presentations 5 min.)
Virtual presentations (oral presentations 10+ 5 min; poster presentations (e.g. posters to be loaded in a virtual room)

Applicaiton and Registration Steps

1- Send your abstract to contact@iksad.co.uk until April 1, 2026 (in word or doc format)

2- After your submission, we will inform you about the referee's decision (accepted or rejected) . The Committee will review all submitted abstracts. Notifications regarding the abstract acceptance and scheduling will be sent to the corresponding author.

4- Conference programme will be announced in April 8, 2026. Please check your name and presentation title in the program.

6- For virtual participation you can check the zoom id and password on the program.

7- Submitting full texts is not mandatory (we can publish your abstract in the book of proceedings). If you want to publish full text in proceedings book please send your full text to contact@iksad.co.uk between April 25, 2026).

Abstract Guidelines

All submitted articles/posters should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

Abstract /Poster Topic – abstracts must be allocated to a specific Theme, Topic and Sub-Topic. For a complete listing of abstract Themes, Topics and Sub-Topics.
Presenting author's contact details (should be the same details as the submitting author so that the presenting author receives the correspondence about the abstract)

Abstract title - limited to 20 words in UPPER CASE
Abstract text – limited to 250 words

GUIDELINES FOR FULL PAPER

Since the conference is an INTERNATIONAL, it is mandatory to submit the abstracts in English.
Full Text Writing Rules
- Times New Roman, 12 pt. (Manuscript title, author names, institutions, e-mail addresses, abstract and keywords should all be in 12 pt.

For parts such as graphics, tables
the font size of the author can be determined by the author in the most appropriate way)
- Give the line spacing 1.25
- Do not indent at the beginning of the paragraph from the left.
- MAIN titles should be written in CAPITAL letters and bold
- Citation and Bibliography should be arranged in APA style.
- Your full texts must be at least 5 pages.
- ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION, RESULTS AND DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION AND REFERENCES in your full texts parts of it should be shown under separate headings.
